Cuttings

You can propagate woody species by taking a sample and using a clean sharp knife or cutters, cut the top of the sample at a 45 degree angle just above a node.  Cut the bottom at a 90 degree angle just below a node.  Using a knife, scrape the bark off the bottom up to the second node.  Use a rooting hormone to coat the scraped part. Plant in a medium with low fertilizer, keep moist.
