Harlequin Bugs

How can I eliminate an infestation of Harlequin bugs in greens and collards?  

Populations of over wintering adults can be reduced by plowing under field debris after the onset of cold weather.  An insecticide should be applied when bugs first appear and applications repeated as necessary; see VCE reference.
