Some people have noticed birds flying into a window.  This can be an accident but some birds are very territorial.  Male bluebirds will often see their reflections in a window, and thinking it is another male, will attempt to attack the image.  You might want to get a decal of a hawk and put it on the window, however, this might scare the bird away for good.
