CSA (Community Supported Agriculture)

Families who would like to purchase local produce have several options in our community.  One method is via the Williamsburg Farmers' Market that operates in Colonial Williamsburg Saturdays during the summer.  Another method is to travel to local farms where they can pickup produce directly from the farmer.

Another way is via a CSA.  This involves a farmer signing up families to regularly receive a package of produce, usually on a weekly basis during the harvest season. There is a weekly fee, generally paid for at the beginning of the season, but each farmer sets his/her own rules.

The following is a list, in alphabetical order,  of the known CSAs in this area:
