People are often concerned when encountering lizards around or in the home. If you find them outside we recommend that you let them alone. Lizards are beneficial, living in forests, woodlots, near houses, barns and on rock piles. They feed on a variety of invertebrates such as blow flies, stink bugs, ants, grasshoppers, roaches, spiders, and snails.
